Vendors

Each year, the Summit on School Climate & Culture brings together more than 3,000 educators, administrators, social workers, counselors and support staff from around Iowa and the country. This years’ event will take place on August 10th and 11th at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines.

We are pleased to provide the opportunity for your organization to share information, resources and ideas with these professionals. We have a limited number of vendor/exhibitor spots available for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Vendors can choose from a variety of packages to fit their needs; we are also happy to work directly with you to create a custom package.


FOR PROFIT VENDORS/EXHIBITORS

Vendors will receive one small 6-foot table with 6 x 8ft area for presentation. Located on lower level of the event center. Includes one chair, table, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Will be listed online and in conference materials. All for-profit vendor and exhibitor booths accommodate 1 participant in the conference, including meals. Any additional staff for the booth must register as a participant in the conference.
Cost: $1,200


NON PROFIT VENDOR/EXHIBITORS

Organization with non-profit status that will not have items for sale at table. Includes one small 6-foot table with 6 x 8ft area for presentation. Located on the lower level. Includes one chair, table, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Any additional staff for the booth must register as a participant in the conference. Organization will be listed online and in conference materials.
Cost: $450
