Vendors

Each year, the Summit on School Climate & Culture brings together more than 3,000 educators, administrators, social workers, counselors and support staff from around Iowa and the country. This years’ event will take place on August 13th and 14th at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines.

We are pleased to provide the opportunity for your organization to share information, resources and ideas with these professionals. We have a limited number of vendor/exhibitor spots available for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Vendors can choose from a variety of packages to fit their needs; we are also happy to work directly with you to create a custom package.

This is a high-energy event, and one you definitely don’t want to miss! Listed below are a number of vendor/exhibitor packages available, please respond with your name, organization, contact information and package selection. If you don’t see what you need, please contact us to create a custom package.

 For-Profit Vendors:

All for-profit vendor and exhibitor booths accommodate 1 participant in the conference, including meals. Any additional staff for the booth must register as a participant in the conference at the $300 rate.

  • Level 1: ($1,200) For-Profit vendors: one small 6 foot table with 6 x 8ft area for presentation. Located on lower level of the event center. Includes one chair, table, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Will be listed online and in conference materials.
  • Level 2: ($1,500) For-Profit vendors: one small 6 foot table with 6 x 10ft area for presentation. Located on the lower level of the event center. Includes one chair, table, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Will be listed online and in conference materials.
  • Level 3: ($2,200) For-Profit vendors: two 6 foot tables with 12 x 10 area for presentation. Located outside the main conference space. Includes two chairs, tables, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Will be listed online and in conference materials. Vendors at this level will be considered to host one breakout session, sessions must align with Summit mission and objectives and be approved by Summit Committee.

Non-Profit Exhibitor:

  • Level 1: ($450) Exhibitor Non Profit: organization with non-profit status that will not have items for sale at table: one small 6 foot table with 6 x 8ft area for presentation. Located on the ballroom room level of the event center. Includes one chair, table, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Will be listed online and in conference materials.
  • Level 2: ($625) Exhibitor Non Profit: organization with non-profit status that will not have items for sale at table: one small 6 foot table with 6 x 10ft area for presentation. Located on the ballroom level on the event center. Includes one chair, table, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Will be listed online and in conference materials.
  • Level 3: ($825) Exhibitor Non Profit: organization with non-profit status that will not have items for sale at table: two 6 foot tables with 12 x 10 area for presentation. Located on the lower level of the event center. Includes two chairs, tables, WIFI, access to electricity and participation in the conference for one person. Will be listed online and in conference materials. Vendors at this level will be considered to host one breakout session, sessions must align with Summit mission and objectives and be approved by Summit Committee.

Sponsorship: Any organization may choose be a sponsor of the event with details negotiated between DMPS and possible sponsors.

Logo Projection: The event center is able to project logos on 8 walls in the breakout area. Seven of these walls are available for purchase for the entire event or $1,000 each. 1 wall, will be reserved for organizations wishing to be on a rotation basis for $300.
